Keith Barnes Crosby, 84, of Newnan passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born June 26, 1936, in Smoaks, South Carolina to the late Earle Crosby & Hettie Barnes Crosby. Keith grew up in South Carolina before moving to Georgia where he had a long and distinguished career as a pilot with Eastern Airlines.
A devoted father and loving grandfather he is survived by his daughters, Dena (Don) Beckwith, Tracey Crosby, Kelly (Wesley) Whisenhunt, Kacey Smith; siblings, Earle Crosby, Jr., Dianne Medlin; grandchildren, Stella Whisenhunt, Crosby Whisenhunt and Bowie Smith. Keith was an enthusiastic supporter of his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
