Keith Alan Proctor was born on September 27, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Keith was the 12th child of 13 children born to George L. Proctor, Sr. and Doris Mae Flournoy Proctor.
Keith received his education at Hazel Hart Hendricks School #37 and attended Arsenal Technical High School.
On April 20, 1985, Keith Proctor and Donna Kelly were married. To this union one daughter was born, Keisha Nicole. As life would have it things changed, and Keith married Natasha Davis in 2003.
Keith enjoyed bowling, playing cards on Thursday with friends, traveling, and listening to R&B and jazz music. His favorite entertainer was James Brown.
Keith departed his life on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the age of 69 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Doris Proctor; wife, Natasha Proctor; stepdaughter, Dionna Pennington; stepson, Richard Griffin; brothers, Marvin, George, Jr., Leon, Howard, Lloyd, Floyd Sr.
Keith is survived by his ex-wife, Donna Proctor; daughter, Keisha N. Proctor-Vaughn (Derek); stepdaughter, Rachelle Tanner; stepson, Toshawn Hinton[ honorary sister, Donna Prevott; honorary brother, Vernice Marshall; sister-in-law, Louise Proctor; 10 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
