Kazimiera Komar of Burlington Township passed away at her residence Friday June 28, 2019 at the age of 95.
Born in Buzyski, Poland, Kazimiera was a resident of Burlington Twp for over 56 years. An accomplished seamstress, she worked for the Burlington Dress Factory on High Street in Burlington for many years. She also did work for friends and family in her spare time.
There was probably nothing that she couldn’t sew or make; from women’s dresses to men’s suits. She was a parishioner of All Saints R.C. Church in Burlington, where she sang in the church choir.
In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, farming and cooking as well as sewing. Kazimiera was predeceased by her son George Komar. She is survived by her daughter and son in law Donna and George Costello, her son and daughter in law Maurice and Diane Komar, her grandchildren Tracey, Brian, Elizabeth, Michael, Matthew and Lauren as well as four great grandchildren.
