Kay Wesley Prestwich, 85, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 26, 2018, at his daughter Debi’s home, surrounded by his loving family. He was under the care of Alliance Home Health and Hospice.
Kay was born March 10,1933, in Lincoln, Idaho, to Merlin and Nina Prestwich. He had three brothers and one sister.
Kay married Fern LaRue Carter Walker. They were blessed with three daughters, Linda, Debra and Karen and one son, Brian. Kay and Fern were later divorced.
Kay loved his country and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was wounded while serving and received a Purple Heart and Silver Star.
Kay was always a very hard worker, he farmed for more than 40 years on the family farm, he also was an architect for more than 50 years.
