Kay M. Byland, 93, passed away on September 11, 2011. Born in Canton, Ohio to Vincent and Florence Maggiore, Kay worked for the U.S. District Court for 25 years before retiring to enjoy reading and her large circle of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence (Carney) Byland, her sisters Alma Gilbert, Gloria Shaidnagel, brothers, Vincent Maggiore, Jerry Maggiore, and nephew Gary Gilbert. Kay leaves behind her son Carl and his wife, Alison; grandson Anthony; “grand dog” Rusty; nieces Cynthia Shaidnagle Driscoll(John), Kimberly Shaidnagle Litt, Lisa Maggiore, nephew Vinnie Maggiore, and grand-nephews Christopher, Michael and Alex, and a loving group of friends.
