Katie M. Lundy went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday afternoon, August 31, 2016. She was 86. Katie was born October 29, 1929 in Genesee County, Michigan to John L. and Lula M. Lewis Heath. When she was an infant, the family moved to Broadwater, Nebraska where she attended a country school and later graduated from Broadwater High School. On August 31, 1952, she married Albert L. Lundy in Broadwater, Nebraska. They moved to Nampa, Idaho where Al enrolled at Northwest Nazarene College, where he graduated in 1957 with a theology degree. During this time two children were born, David and Kathleen.
