Kathy Winkler, 60, of Temple. Mrs. Winkler died Sunday, December 8, 2013at her home. Mrs. Winkler was born November 22, 1953 in Odessa, the daughter of Ralph and El Dora (Lincoln) Conley. She worked for many years in logistics for a trucking company.
She married Oliver Winkler, October 28, 2000 in Temple. Survivors include her husband Oliver Winkler of Temple; two sons Joel Chappell of Lewisville and Jeremy Chappell of Midland; two daughters Theresa Cyphers and husband Paul of Ft. Worth and Chaylayne Winkler of Temple; two brothers Tony Conley of Las Cruses, New Mexico and Jerry Owens of Midland and five grandchildren.
