Kathy Louise Gazaway Grubbs, 65, of Newnan, wife of Timothy Wayne Grubbs died Friday, August 10, 2018 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. Born in Newnan, May 11, 1953, she was a daughter of the late James Franklin and Velma Louise Phillips Gazaway. She was retired from Kroger where she served fifteen years and was a member of Unity Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband of thirty-nine years of the home are a son, Michael Ryan Grubbs and wife Rebecca of Oklahoma City, OK; a grandson, Timothy Carter Grubbs; a sister, Annette Gazaway of Newnan; brothers, Mike Gazaway and wife Debbie of Newnan, Randy Gazaway and wife Betty of Luthersville and Freddie Phillips of Chattanooga, TN; Many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
