She was born July 12, 1950 in Pineville, WV, a daughter of the late Norman Rose and Pearl Morgan Rose.
She attended the schools of Wyoming County. She was employed as a medical records clerk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Linda Rose Workman.
