Mrs. Kathy Kaffenberger, 74, of Graham passed away at the Hospice Home on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 6:30 a.m.
A native of Lee County, she was the wife of George Kaffenberger and the daughter of Gordon Lett and Dartha Smith Gesullo, both deceased. Kathy retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, where she served as a children’s Sunday school teacher for more than thirty years.
In addition to her husband of the home, survivors include three sons, Kevin Kaffenberger and wife Penny of Mebane, Richard Kaffenberger and wife Jennifer of Burlington and Michael Kaffenberger and wife Angel of Burlington; and five grandchildren.
Mrs. Kaffenberger was preceded in death by two grandchildren, MaKayla Kaffenberger and Harry Cohen.
