Kathy Cutshaw Winkles went to be with the Lord Sunday, June 18, 2017 at her home in Whitesburg. She was of the Baptist faith. She worked at Mahle and Greene County Bank.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gus and Ella Cutshaw. Survivors include her husband of 22 years, John Winkles; children, Keri (Randall) McMahan; David Allen Daniel (Tori) Winkles; granddaughters, Emalie Mae Parker and Kendall Rae McMahan; brother, Scott (Donna) Cutshaw as well as several nieces and nephews and her beloved pet Marley.
