Kathy Aylwin, age 71, of Ormond Beach, died Monday, September 19, 2022 at Majestic Gardens ALF, South Daytona.
Born in Bluefield, West Virginia to James Carlyle and Wanda Fink Harvey, Kathy was a lifelong Volusia County resident. She was a special education teacher for over 20 years at Old Kings Elementary School in Flagler, and loved the children and families that she worked with.
Survivors include her daughter, Katie (Julie Fink) Aylwin, of Brooklyn, New York; sons, Jay (Lindsay Stevens) Aylwin, of New York City, New York and Todd Aylwin, of Ormond Beach; sisters, Bobbie (Wilbur) Moore and Sandra Hawkins. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, and husband of 47 years, Danny.
