Kathy Ann Vickers, age 59, departed this life on Thursday, January 29, 2015. Mrs. Vickers is preceeded in death by her parents; Frank and Betty Bates, and her brother Jimmy Bates. Kathy is survived by her beloved husband Lugene Vickers, two sisters; Louise (Edward) Armistead, and Brenda (Dennis) Daw, and many other family and friends.
