Kathryn Luella Sebree of York, NE formerly of Hebron, NE the daughter of Bert and Matie (Hood) Grinage was born February 22, 1922 at Concordia, KS. She departed this life on Tuesday August 26, 2008 at the Hearthstone Nursing Home in York, NE at the age of 86 years.
She grew up on a farm near Concordia, KS and attended school in Concordia and graduated from Concordia High School. She then went to work as a secretary for Dr. Lorrain Sebree a local veterinarian.
On August 22, 1946 she married Lorrain. This marriage was blessed with the birth of three children.
The couple moved to Hebron in 1962 where Lorrain was employed with the State of Nebraska as a veterinarian. The couple enjoyed living in Hebron. They enjoyed having a large garden, sharing the extra vegetables with family and friends.
Kathryn enjoyed playing cards in their couples group.
