Kathryn Louise (Knowles) Loucks
Kathryn Louise Loucks, age 78, died May 11, 2022 peacefully in her home. Born August 12, 1943 in South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lee Knowles of New York City, New York and Lucille Driggers of Jacksonville, Florida. Kathy graduated high school in Jacksonville, Florida. Kathy Knowles and Glen Loucks met in July 1962, fell in love immediately, and were married by January 1963. She was a homemaker and mother of five children, two of which preceded her in death. She enjoyed photography, nature and wildlife, raising her three children, and loved hummingbirds. She was a very soft-spoken woman, and always showed comfort and support. She was dedicated to her family, no matter what trials she faced.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her spouse, Glen, her sons, James and Michael, and her daughter, Heather. Kathryn is survived by her daughters, Tia and Brook, her 10 grandchildren and her 7 great grandchildren.
