Kathleen Soper Robey, 56, of Westminster, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017.  Born on May 3, 1961 in Laurel, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. and Ruth Wolfrey Soper.  She was the wife of David L. Robey who passed away in 2013.

She was a graduate of Westminster High School and Western Maryland College, with a degree in Economics. 

She had an extensive career beginning with 3M in Westminster, and in later years was a supply chain manager for Stanley Black & Decker.  Most recently she worked for Knorr Brake in Westminster and was certified in Six Sigma and a trainer of Lean Six Sigma.  She also studied at Central Maryland School of Massage.

As a youth she was involved in Carroll County 4-H and the United Methodist Church.  She was an avid reader, cross stitcher, and lover of all animals.  She and her husband were Harley Davidson enthusiasts, and enjoyed riding and touring the country on their bikes.

She is survived by children Brandon J. Robey of Westminster, Rachel K. Robey of El Paso, Texas, and Aaron M. Robey of Westminster, siblings Richard and Eileen Soper of Westminster, Deborah S. O’Hara of Westminster and Charles Timothy Soper and Jazmin Moreira of Dallas, Texas, as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, many aunts, uncles and loving friends.
