Kathleen (nee: Painter) George of Newfield, formerly of Burlington, passed away Tuesday, at Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia at the age of 67. She was born in Burlington, and was a member of the Independent Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary in Burlington Township. She enjoyed attending her grandchilren’s sporting events, crossword puzzles, and playing internet games. She worked for Macy’s in the Hamilton Mall for 20 years. Wife of the late John H. George, she is survived by her daughter, Darlene George (Herb Fisher); son, John George (Lisa McNeill); daughter, Tracy Fiffer (Rick); grandchildren, Danny Bradwell, Margie Bradwell, Ricky Fiffer, Ally Fiffer; great-granddaughter, Angel Bradwell; brothers, Stanley, Richard; sister Marian Painter, her beloved cat Katie; and many nieces and nephews.
