Kathleen Neuroth Mills, age 95, passed away at her home in Tallulah, Louisiana, on January 22, 2023. She was born to Edward Neuroth and Irwina Neuroth Tryon in Titonka, Iowa, on March 3, 1927. She graduated from high school in Wesley, Iowa. After graduation, she moved to Tallulah, Louisiana, where she met and married the love of her life, Warren W. Mills, Sr. “Curly”, on May 3, 1946.
