Kathleen May Kelly, 87, passed away on May 23, 2021 at her home. Kathleen was born in 1933 in Teddington, England to the late Robert and Rita Clark. She married Robert “Bob” in England in 1953, while he was serving with the United States Air Force. They returned to the United States in 1957 and lived in Chicago, until 1969 when they moved to Glen Burnie, Maryland to raise their family. Kathy was a homemaker. While she was raising her children, she became active in volunteer work. She was a member of the Transatlantic Brides and Parents Association since 1961, and was president of the “Winkle Pickers” until they disbanded.
