Turners Falls-Kathleen “Kay” Helen (Nadeau) Toomey of Turners Falls died Tuesday, Nov.
Kay was born June 3, 1909 in Montague, MA.
She was employed by the Greenfield Tap and Die on Deerfield Street as a secretary to a company executive.
Kathleen was a lifelong resident Montague. Kay was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace in TurnersFalls.
Her joy was her family.
She is survived by four generations of nieces and nephews which she loved dearly. All horizontal and vertical surfaces of her home are veneered with every photograph she received of them.
Love and lemon pie seemed to be her secrets to a long and happy life. (OK, fried seafood too.) Kay’s life long motto was “one day at a time.”
