On March 20, 2010, KATHLEEN “KATHY” JEAN HARRELL of Severn; beloved wife of Paul Harrell, Jr.; loving mother of Paul Harrell, III, Stephen Harrell and his wife Christiane; cherished grandmother of Brynn and Holden Harrell; dear sister of Patricia Brousil and Kenneth Yotz. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Celia Yotz. Kathy was a beloved elementary and reading teacher for Anne Arundel and Howard Counties; she was also very active in St. Bernadette’s parish, where she will be missed by many. It was Kathy’s wish for people to donate books to elementary schools. To facilitate her wish, a Library Book Fund was established for schools where she taught in Anne Arundel County.
