Kathleen Susan Borresen, Ringgold, GA, passed Monday June 13, 2016 after a valiant fight against cancer and was surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Niagara Falls, New York on January 2, 1944. She graduated from Madonna High School in 1963.
Mrs. Borresen worked as a surgical tech in Schaumburg, IL and Baton Rouge, LA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John ”Red” and Mildred Donovan and her brother, Doug Donovan.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Bjarne D. Borresen and her brothers, Daniel ( Kris) Donovan and Michael ( Dawn) Donovan; three children, Dana( Curt) Corkern, Bjarne M. (Rachel) Borresen, and Leigh (Rock) Schexnaydre; six grandchildren, Hannah and Sydney Corkern, Bjarne J. and Connor Borresen, and Rock and Jake Schexnaydre
