Kathie was born on January 22, 1963 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Douglas and Judith (Meeker) Keeton. Kathie is survived by her daughters: Sissie (Joseph Hutton) Shepherd and Sharlottee (Michael) Anaszewicz; grandchildren: Michael, Sarah and Jasmine; great-grandchild: Kinser; companion of 22 years Cyril Maynard and siblings: Nick, David, Tim and Floyd.
Kathie enjoyed fishing, listening to all varieties of music and most of all being with her family and friends. Kathie truly cherished the time she spent with her family and her memory will live on in each and every one of them.
