Katherine Mary Kremm passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at the age of 63.
She was born in Evergreen Park, Illinois in 1957. She worked as a server in the restaurant industry for much of her life, spreading kindness and laughter in the many places she lived, including Illinois, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Oregon, before finally settling down at the Kremm Manor in Hammond, Indiana.
She will live on in the memories of her closest friends and family, including her brother, Thomas Kremm; her sister, Paula Tsilis; her two sons, Justin Kremm and Douglas Kremm; her daughter-in-law, Angie King; her nieces, Lorraine Kremm, Stephanie Hadley, and Jennifer Leeds; and her two grandchildren, Katherine Kremm and Leo Kremm.
She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and aunt; a generous giver of treats to pets of all kinds; a lover of fine Pepsi-Cola; and a rabid Cubs fan in weather fair or foul. May she rest in peace, and may her memory live on in the many people she touched during her adventurous life.
