Katherine Grace Gregory, 80, of St. Leonard, MD passed away in Prince Frederick, MD on May 24, 2020. Katherine was born in Washington, DC on February 21, 1940 to the late James Edwin and Elizabeth (Bowles) Brown. She moved to Calvert County in 1972. Katherine graduated from Bowie State University and she had been employed as an office manager for the moving companies American Way and National Way Van Lines. Her hobbies included crossword puzzles and shopping, especially when she could find a bargain. Katherine is survived by her husband of 64 years, Edward Gregory, Sr.; her brother, James Brown of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Maureen Brown of Greenbelt, MD; children, Katherine Baker, Kenneth Gregory and Elizabeth McIlvaine; six grandchildren, Penny Bell, Michael Bowen, Paul Bowen, Susie Furr, Jesse Bowen and Jacob Williams, and 11 great-grandchildren. Katherine was predeceased by two sons, Edward Gregory, Jr. and James Gregory.
