Katherine Ann Lord, age 66, of Senoia, GA passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Lord was born in Newnan, GA on June 29, 1950 to James L. Barber and the late Katherine Brown Barber. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and friend. Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Lord, Jr. and great grandson, Rich Lawrence She is survived by her loving daughters, JoAnn Lord, Tammy (Phillip) Thompson, and Dana (Steven) Minix; grandchildren, Brandi (Ricky) Sykes, Terry Sykes, Justin (Sessily) Thompson, TJ (Chastane) Joiner, Andrew Minix, and Heidi Minix; great grandchildren, Conner Joiner and Daniel Joiner; siblings, Teresa (Steve) Rich, and Jerry (Peggy) Barber; sister in laws and their spouses, Florence (Bill) Smith, Ruby (Buddy) Winkles, Joyce Barber, and Janett Hammett.
