Kasandra was born July 10, 1968 in Lakeland, FL. She attended Kathleen Elementary School, Lake Gibson Junior High School and graduated from Lake Gibson High School in 1986. Kasandra attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated in1995. She lived with her family in Port Lavaca, TX where she served the Calhoun County Independent School District as a school psychologist.
Kasandra is survived by her beloved husband of 15 years, Andrew “Andy” Spears; daughter, Ashley Spears; son, Steven Spears; grandfather, Robert E. Keen; mother, Sandra Keen Bath; father, Angus Williams; stepmother, Linda Williams; stepfather, Lemuel Bath; brother, Robert Angus Williams and his wife, Amber; stepsisters, Carrie Bath Redden, Nancy Bath Lilley, Kelly Walker Wilson and Jennifer Walker Lipham; stepbrother, Michael Bath; and countless other friends and family members.
