Karla passed at her home on May 29, 2017.
Karla was born on December 27, 1949, in Yankton, SD, the daughter of William and Phyllis (Jackson) Pigg. She was raised on the family farm and graduated from Homer High School in 1967.
On March 15, 1969, Karla married Robert Kinning. They made their home in Madison, Norfolk, Rapid City, SD, and Hanover, KS. Following their divorce, Karla moved her family back to Norfolk. Later, Karla married Lynn Boldt and moved to Stanton. She returned to Norfolk following their divorce.
Karla entertained family and friends dressed as a clown. She loved her dogs however her passion was for her children and grandchildren.
Karla is survived by her son and his wife, Ken and Marcia Kinning; her grandchildren, Cody Kinning, Tyree Kinning, Darion Kinning, Julio Aldana and Devon Aldana; brother, Del and Elaine Pigg, Anderson, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Shelly Aldana.
