Karl H. Schott, 83, of Ottawa, died Friday night, December 4, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Mr. Schott was born on August 30, 1926 in Rock Island. He was a graduate of Ottawa Township High School, LPO Junior College (IVCC), and Northern Illinois University. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.
He was employed by G.E. Plastics until retirement. Mr. Schott was a member of American Legion Post 33, Ottawa VFW, and Pine Hills Golf Club.
He is survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Bert and James.
