Mrs. Karen Christine Chatman Thompson, better known as Tina Chatman, was born on August 25, 1966 in Morgan County Alabama to the late Carl V. Chatman and Brenda Ann Lampkin Chatman Orr. She departed this life on July 2, 2014 at Decatur Morgan Hospital-DGH Campus. Tina, the youngest of four sibling was a beautiful, loving, caring and considerate individual that was loved and cherished by all that knew her.
She was a graduate of Hartselle High School. Her domestic skills were exceptional-she was an excellent cook and a devoted mother and grandmother. Her granddaughter, Maliyah “Le-Le” Jackson was the apple of her eye. For several months she was actively involved in missionary work and had finalized plans to attend the District Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Atlanta, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Carl Chatman and Brenda Ann Chatman Orr.
