Karen Sue Searcy, (nee York) age 56 of Quinton, Alabama, formerly of Hammond, IN passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020. Karen is survived by her husband, Edward L. Searcy of Quinton, AL; sister, Pat (Bill) O’Neil of Schererville, IN; sister, Carol (Bob) Buckmaster of Chesterton, IN; and brother Mike York of Arizona and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Karen is preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Lucille York of Hammond, IN.
Karen was born in Hammond, Indiana and attended Donald E. Gavit Middle/High School. Karen moved to Quinton, Alabama in 1987 and was a District Manager for AmSouth Bank followed by Office Manager at Victory Inc.
