Karen L. Snyder, 63, of Clarksburg passed away at Fairmont Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family by her side. She was born May 5, 1951 in Clarksburg, WV; daughter of the late James R. Matheny and Viola V. (Price) Matheny.
Karen is survived by her two sons, Thomas C. Spring and Jason Reed Spring; a daughter, Donna Suzette Spring; seven grandchildren, Zachary Spring, Jayce Spring, Joshua Spring, Caleigh Spring, Josiah Spring, Kyle Riggleman, Abigail Riggleman; two brothers, James & Amy Matheny of Inwood, WV and Randy & Tammy Matheny of Lost Creek, WV; four sisters, Patricia & Charles Marcou of Crummies Creek, Joyce & Alden Main of Buffalo Lake, Sarah & John Grimes of Shinnston, WV and Melissa & Joe Stout of Brushy Fork and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Snyder.
