Karen Lorrine Gibbons-Schulze, age 53, of Elsie, died on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Ovid Healthcare Center in Ovid.Karen was born in Carson City, Michigan on June 16, 1970, the daughter of Raymond Charles and Carol Sue (Devereaux) Gibbons. She graduated from Fowler High School, where she enjoyed playing softball. She was an avid reader, often found with a book in hand, and her love for animals was evident in her cherished companions, Fry and Lily, her loyal cats who offered her comfort and companionship. Karen found solace in the simplicity of her favorite TV shows: MASH, The Walton’s, and Little House on the Prairie.
