Karen is survived by her father, Samuel Flickinger and her siblings, Nancy Flickinger, Paul (Jannie) Flickinger, Mark (Sue) Flickinger, Ellen (Rob) Payne and Linda (Dan) Hoilman; and by her nieces and nephews, Michael and Kelsey Flickinger; Krista & Nick DiBartolomeo and John Flickinger; Samantha, Kaylee, Dillyn and Bobby Payne; and Daniel and Ryan Hoilman. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanne Stanley Flickinger.
