Karen Elaine Hass passed away on Jan 25, 2017 at the age of 55. She was born in Chariton, Iowa to parents Dr. C. S. Hass & Berniece Hass & is survived by her sister, Carol Peregoy & her husband, Dave, & her brother Donald Crawford & sister-in-law Francis Crawford.
Karen spent most of her life at home with her mother & in later life transitioned to a group home in Albia, Iowa where she had many friends. She also had lots of fun at Dayhab & on the many outings they organized for their group.
Karen was always happy & her sweet smile & infectious laugh will be greatly missed.
