Karen Boe, age 55, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the Immanuel Lutheran Home in Kalispell, Montana. She was born on January 21, 1953 in Missoula, Montana the daughter of Kenneth N. and Lorraine (Owens) Boe.
She had a sister and two older brothers. Karen lived for many years in Boulder, Montana and moved to Kalispell in 1976. She worked at Flathead Industries and made many friends there and in the Flathead community. Karen had a wonderful sense of humor, loved music, dancing and being with other people. And she loved her red shoes!!
She came to live at the Immanuel Lutheran Home, where she was dearly loved, on August 10, 2006. Her very special friends include Jim Hursley, Andrea Davidson and Pat Grant.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother Owen Boe and his wife Donna of Camas, Washington.
