Karen Ann (Hill) Gerrard, age 66, entered eternal life on Thursday November 24, 2011. She was born July 21, 1945 at Kalispell, Montana, the daughter of the late Michael Hill and Flossie Mae Hill. She grew up in Montana and in 1966 she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Richard W. Gerrard. They moved their family to Carroll County over 40 years ago. After retiring as a nurse, Karen worked at a number of other places and had owned her own company ARKRAFT in Green Forest. She was talented at crocheting, painting and arts and crafts. Her favorite pastime was spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Richard W. Gerrard of the home, daughters; Vonna Gerrard Rees and husband George of Riverton, Utah, Rebekah Duhon and husband David of Green Forest, Teresa Teter and husband Keven of Berryville, one son, Billie Joe Gerrard of Green Forest, sisters; Sharon, Connie and Jenie, 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents she is also preceded in death by one son, Richard Gerrard JR and grandson Brenon Ray Gerrard.
