She was born August 4, 1983 in Rowan County the daughter of Robert Hall of Salisbury and the late Salena Whitley Donovan.
Those left to cherish her memories are her significant other, Craig Waitman; sons, Zachery Chase Brock and Timothy Lee Brock; sisters, Amber Mann (Bertram) of Salisbury and Tiffany Hall of Raleigh and grandparents, Joyce Gulledge and Rosalee Harmon.
Kandy was a devoted daughter, mother and sister.
