Kalvyn Roy Kline (Kal), 21, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, October 22, 2021. Kal was born on Saturday July 29, 2000, to Jess James and Roy Kline III at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, IA.
Kal graduated from Wayne Community school and became a laborer worker. Kal was a devoted father and husband. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and family and friends. He loved being outside riding his bike, going fishing, and listening to music. Kal had the kindest soul and the biggest heart and would always help anyone who needed it.
Kal was survived by his wife, Bailey Martin; their two children, Ivory Kline and XanLee Kline; his parents, Roy Kline III and Jess James; his sister, Michlynn Vulgamott; brothers, Robert Bowman IV and Niclys Kline; his nephew, Xander Bowman; his grandparents, Ardella and Ed Walker, Reba and Mike Elifritz; and his best friends, Ontario Clark and Greg Baltzley.
Kal was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy Kline II, James Phipps, and great grandparents Dewey Phipps, Ruby, and Neal Vulgamott, and his best friend Moises Ruiz.
