Justine Marie Dollar, 34, of Easton, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022. Born in Bethlehem on April 4, 1987, she was the daughter of Garrett S Dollar and Elizabeth A Bareuther, and mother to Alyianna Perez.
Justine worked as a nurse’s aide working towards her nursing degree and was employed with Promedica Senior Care. Justine had a smile that lit up every room. Teene enjoyed writing poetry, was a talented cook and baker, and had a great love for owls. She spent years working for Johnny’s Bagels; breakfasts were her speciality. Above all she cherished her time spent with her family, especially her relationships with her daughter, nephews, and nieces. Teene touched the lives of so many people.
SURVIVORS: Justine will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Alyianna Perez; father, Garrett Dollar and wife Amy (McMillen) Dollar; mother, Elizabeth (Bareuther) Coleman and husband Frank Helm; brother, Garrett S Dollar II and wife Carissa; sister, Amber Morrow and husband Kevin; brother, Brandon Dollar and wife Melissa; brothers, Josh, Robert, and Timothy Banko; nephews and nieces, A.J. Kerekes III, Gavin Dollar, Audre Morrow, Claire Morrow, Caydence Dollar and Kain Morrow; and granddog, Dracah. Justine was predeceased by her dog, Inx.
