Justin Allen Hinners, age 36, of Humboldt passed away on January 7, 2021 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Justin Allen Hinners, the son of Victoria Eggerich (Larsen) and Darren Hinners, was born on February 18, 1984 in Humboldt, Iowa. He graduated from Humboldt High School in 2002. Justin attended college and received electrical training in Sheldon. He worked as a Lineman, for Corn Belt Power Co-Op, in Humboldt. Justin enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking for family and friends, motorcycle trips, and farming for his dear friend, Scott Goodell. In his free time, he would often be found golfing, attending country concerts, traveling or helping his friends and family. Justin set an excellent example of hard work and loving life. He devoted much of his life to his son, Brooks, teaching him to hunt, fish, farm, and spending time together. Justin will forever be remembered for his fun-loving spirit, energy, and ambition. Left to cherish Justin’s memory is his son, Brooks Hinners of Humboldt; mother, Vicky Eggerich of Humboldt; father, Darren Hinners of Pomeroy; siblings, Erica (Adam) Winninger of Humboldt, Joe (Beth) Hinners of Humboldt and Kursten Eggerich of Humboldt; nieces and nephews, Karson, Annistyn, Brynlee and Addison; grandparents, Carolyn Larsen of Humboldt and Kenneth Hinners of Pomeroy; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clayton Larsen and Kay Hinners.
