Norwich – Justin Gerard Carlos 14, beloved son of Mark S. and Julie L. (Williams) Carlos of Norwich died Thursday, unexpectedly at the Hartford Children’s Hospital in Hartford.
Justin was born in Norwich on April 16, 1999. He is survived by six brothers and sisters, Shannon Carlos, Michael Carlos, Therese Carlos, Matthew Carlos, Colette Carlos and Maura Carlos.
