Justin is survived by his wife Suzanne and his three children Olivia (Peggy), Kennedy, and Light. His mother Dawn C. Caldwell and his step father Larry F. Caldwell, and His former step-father David L. Pinkiston. His father James D. Dowdy and his half brother Bobby M. Dowdy. His sister Jetaime Penrod and her son Lucas.
Justin is also survived by his grandparents Donna, Norman,and Janie Elder. His father- in- law Jeff Dwyer. His mother- in-law Betty Fields and his late father-in-law Larry Fields. Two Aunts Connie Large, and Julie Marchesi, and Uncle Brad Elder and all their families. He will be missed by many family, friends, and coworkers.
He was a Heavy Equipment Operator, and Welder.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents Delbert and Mary Dowdy. His uncle Bodie Dowdy and his Aunt Kathy Dowdy. And many friends and cousins.
