This is to notify the friends and relatives of June A. Miller, age 82, that she is not lost or missing, but has moved to a new address. On Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, at 9:30 p.m., June moved from Greencroft Drive in Goshen to Angel Boulevard in Heaven. You may keep in touch with her through John 14:3, 4 and 5, where she will be waiting to greet you at Heaven’s Gate.

She was born in Elkhart on July 6, 1926, to Lyal and Ruth (Earnhart) Youngblood, and graduated in 1944 from Concord High School. Her first husband, Robert Rosentreter, died in 1951. She later married George F. Miller in Elkhart on New Year’s Day in 1954. He still survives at June’s old earthly address.

Besides her husband George, she is also survived by a son, Robert L. (Karen) Rosentreter of Goshen; a daughter, Laura Curtis of Delta, Colo.; and a son-in-law, Aaron (Karen) Rick of Enterprise, Ala. Additionally, June is survived by a brother, Jack (Jean) Youngblood of Leesburg; four grandchildren, Melissa Snider, Robert (Danielle) Rosentreter III and Mark Rosentreter, all of Nappanee, and Stormy (Aaron) Cartwright of Denver, Colo.; and two great-grandchildren, Riley and Mary Welker of Nappanee.

A daughter, Linda Rick, preceded her in death in 1996.

After her marriage to George, they spent nearly 20 years in Grand Junction, Colo. In 2005, they moved back to Indiana.

June was formerly employed at several area businesses even though she spent most of her time as a homemaker. She will be fondly remembered by many as an avid reader and a children’s day care provider.
