June Marie Proffitt age 69 of Indianapolis, IN went home to be with the Lord on March 17, 2022. June was born on January 25, 1953 in Indianapolis, a daughter of the late Charles Bruce Thomas and Thelma Marie Yarborough Newsom. On July 14, 1972 she married the love of her life, Ted Proffitt. Mr. Proffitt passed away on January 13, 2014. For many years, June worked as a Laundromat attendant, where she met many new friends.
June is survived by three sisters: Sandra Pickerell of Indianapolis, IN, Charlene Snow of Arizona and Patricia Morgan of Florida, she is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
