WINSTED – June E. Snyder, 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 25, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Benjamin C. Snyder. Born June 14, 1929 in Colebrook; the daughter of the late Claude and Martha (Maddrah) Wolford. June enjoyed watching cardinals and doing puzzles and crosswords. She loved cats. June especially loved spending time with her family and traveling to Kentucky to visit family. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by a son, Bruce Snyder and wife Shirley; three daughters, Bonnie Snyder and partner George Palmer, June Becher and Gloria Carpenter and husband Leonard; a sister, Lois Syriac; a daughter-in-law, Mary Snyder and her daughter, Tammy Arel; grandchildren, Crystal Vogt and husband Robert and their children, Tyler and Taylor, Bruce Snyder, Jr., Mark Snyder, Jessey Carpenter, Angel Becher, Joseph Becher, Leonard Carpenter, Jr., and Loretta Johnson; many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a son, Randy Snyder, grandsons, George Morey, Richard Becher, Jr., and Randy Snyder, Jr.,; and siblings, Eunice Wolford, James Wolford, Ralph Wolford and Claude Wolford, Jr.
