June Arlene Bowman passed peacefully at her home in Nampa on March 18, 2015.
June was born on June 1st, 1931 in Nebraska to Arthur and Genevieve Moore. Her twin sister Jeanette; sister, Leona; and sister, Jenice rounded out the family.
June married Loren Bowman on August 11th, 1950, in Nampa, Idaho, where they bought a home and raised two girls, Linda and Patti (both of Nampa, Idaho). Linda and Patti share many wonderful memories growing up in Nampa. When Loren died in 1995, June became the matriarch of her growing family. She adored her grandchildren; Amber Bowman, Maximino Colunga, Anthony Colunga; and great-grandchildren, Nyellie & Lilli Ann, who all brought her great joy.
June cherished the moments with her girls, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
After Loren passed away, June had many companions who became the loves of her life. They were of the for-legged canine and feline species, which she nurtured and spent her days with.
June raised her family, and resided in her home, in Nampa for 49 years, where she befriended and grew very fond of many of her neighbors.
June was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Genevieve Moore; her husband, Loren Bowman; and her sisters, Leona Epperly and Jenice Moore.
June was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed.
