Juliette Ledwine (Pelletier) Kozlowski, 95, of Rocky Hill, wife of the late Stanley J. Kozlowski, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Fort Kent, Maine the oldest of twelve children, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Odile (Daigle) Pelletier. Julie was educated in Daigle, ME and Fort Kent, ME and received teaching credentials from the Madawaska School. She taught in Daigle, ME for two and half years before moving to Connecticut in 1942. After moving to CT, she worked at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft for two years during the War and then returned to teaching for thirty more years in Cromwell. In 1945, Julie met Stanley and they married in 1946.
