Julie Dee (Little) Wininger of Melbourne, Florida passed away on June 14, 2017. She was born July 31, 1987 in Urbana, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her half-brother, Jeffrey Little. Julie is survived by her mother Dorothy Belton, step-father Richard Belton, Father John Little, sister Christina (Michael) Bosley and their children Janessa and Lucas, two half-sisters Dawn and Karen Little, and three wonderful children Jayden Batista (12), Kassie (6) and Jacob (4) Wininger.
Julie moved to Melbourne, FL at the age of 7, where she was raised and made innumerable friends. She graduated from Eau Gallie High School in 2004, received an Associate of Arts degree from Brevard Community College in 2007 with Honors, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2010.
Julie was a professional businesswoman and manager who began working right after high school, first as Assistant Store Manager of Quizno’s in Viera from 2005 to 2008, while earning her college degrees.
Always professional, she was also a loving and dedicated mother, raising three children while working. She exuded a smiling confidence and energy that filled any room she entered with laughter and joy. She loved writing and animals, especially cats, and leaves behind a family of friends too numerous to count, who all loved her.
