Julia Y. Nakamoto, 84, of Ft. Lupton, passed away June 8, 2017 in Englewood. She was born in Torrance, CA on April 8, 1933 to Elton Nakamoto and Haruko Taenaka.
Julia was a resident of Ft. Lupton for the majority of her life and family of the Ft. Lupton Buddhist Temple. She began working for Pan American Airlines in 1953 as a Teletype Operator. Julia worked until United Airlines sold their communication department in 2002 and then retired.
She is survived by one brother, Norman Nakamoto of Ft. Lupton.
